In line with the Church’s commitment to show compassion to those in need, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Airdrie, Ecclesiastical District of Calgary, Canada, conducted a Care for Humanity event for the neighborhood along Kingsview Boulevard, where their house of worship is also situated. Thus, the said event was held at a rented hall along 2964 Kingsview Blvd., SE Airdrie, Alberta, Canada on March 26, 2023.

The brethren, led by ministers, ministerial workers, and Church officers, filled the venue with guests. They were first shown a video presentation featuring the various activities of the Church Of Christ for the benefit of both members and nonmembers.

Brother Voltaire Tamisin, district supervising minister, also took the time to explain to the beneficiaries the importance of man’s being found inside the true Church Of Christ to receive salvation when the Lord Jesus Christ returns.

The giving of care packages containing food and toiletries followed. Among the recipients, Jeffrey Bond, a guest, said, “These donations are blessings as we all are going through difficult times. I’m so grateful for it.” — with reports from INC News Section
