God’s blessings on the propagational efforts of brethren in the Ecclesiastical District of Albay continue pouring as a districtwide baptism was held on September 16, 2022, at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Legazpi City, further increasing the number of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in this part of the Philippines.

“I am happy because I am now a bona fide member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. I now have the hope of receiving salvation on Judgment Day,” said Nikko John Latap, from the Local Congregation of Catburawan.

In the baptismal service, Brother Barry Javier, the assistant district supervising minister, taught the would-be members to remain steadfast in the faith until the end to be sure of receiving God’s promised salvation. After the homily, Brother Renan Delica, the district Light of Salvation (LOS) overseer, led the oathtaking of the baptismal candidates.

“We strive to always help in the many endeavors of the Church, especially in convincing more people to listen to the teachings of God that are upheld inside the Church,” enthused Brother Delica. “We thank God for the abundant blessings He bestows in our district. We will keep our promise to always unite with the Church Administration and help in the intensive propagation.” — With reports from INC News Section
