Instead of stressing themselves about the pandemic, brethren from the Local Congregation of Ansan, Ecclesiastical District of South Korea, participated in an online fitness activity on April 26, 2020.

Under the guidance of the district supervising minister, Brother Jerick Dela Cruz, and the district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, Brother Dante Brul, the CFO officers led the brethren in the activity. The program engaged the participants in high and low intensity dance moves designed to improve one’s heart rate and boost endurance.

After more than an hour of exercise, the brethren said that they had so much fun and felt that the burned calories made them feel better and more fit.  The brethren also said they will continue attending such fitness programs as one way of maintaining good health that they would use most especially in serving God. — With reports from INC News Section
