MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA— On March 4, 2019, the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West conducted a Tagisan ng Talino at Moorabbin Primary School in Melbourne’s metropolitan area. This is a friendly competition among Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members that tests their knowledge on Bible history and the Church Of Christ.

Hosted by the Local Congregation of Kingston, the activity involved contestants from the district’s interstate sites through video link, which enabled them to also participate in this activity despite the great distance from the venue.

The competition was categorized by age: ages 4–6, 7–9, and 10–12. Altogether, 50 contestants around the district participated in the competition. The questions asked were either “true or false,” “multiple choice,” and “short answer,” each with a specific time limit.

Sheena Ocampo, 9 years old, from the Local Congregation of Brimbank, said, “I prepared for this activity by studying and reviewing my notes. I liked it when I was there and tried my best.” All in all, every contestant proved to be a winner in displaying knowledge about the biblical teachings of the Church Of Christ. ― With reports from INC News Section
