On January 29, 2022, badminton enthusiasts from the Local Congregation of Rangsit in the Ecclesiastical District of Thailand went toe-to-toe in a friendly competition held at the Future Arena in Rangsit, Thailand. There were participants from the Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi organizations.

Before the competitions commenced, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers led the participants in a warm-up exercise. They also took time to give instructions and to remind the players badminton rules. The matches began soon after. The brethren competed in singles and doubles.

Meanwhile, for the benefit of first-timers, seasoned players took the time to teach them the basics of badminton. They demonstrated to the newbies how to hold a racket, the different types of shots, footwork, as well as how to score a game. The brethren followed health and safety protocols throughout the activity.

The activity brought delight to the participants as sports, like badminton, relieve people of stress and help them get physically fit. — With reports from INC News Section
