Thankful to the Almighty God for five years of blessings, the Bangyai Local Congregation in the Ecclesiastical District of Thailand celebrated its fifth anniversary with a musical program on March 7, 2023.

The musical program, which was held at the Grand Richmond Hotel in Tambon Bang Kraso, Nonthaburi Province, was graced by Brother Willen Regalado, district supervising minister, with his presence.

The congregation’s resident minister, Brother Joemel Fuentes, opened the program with a brief remark.

Select members of the Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi organizations rendered song and dance performances featuring original Iglesia Ni Cristo music not only for the brethren’s delight but also for their spiritual upliftment. The attendees also enjoyed playing interactive games, which also served to strengthen their brotherly bond.

Tess Ann Klein Javier, a KADIWA officer, said the event was “wonderful and memorable. The performances were indeed entertaining, a great way of celebrating God’s love to our congregation throughout the years.”

Bangyai Congregation’s head deacon, Godofredo Velasco Jr., attributed congregation’s growth to God’s help. “We thank the Lord God for His abiding help. We would not have been able to gather ourselves now and celebrate our milestone anniversary without His guidance to us,” he expressed.

The celebratory program concluded with Brother Regalado’s inspirational message. He noted the spirit of unity and cooperation that reigned over the brethren not only in this particular activity but in all activities that the Church Administration launches. “Through their deference to the leadership of the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, and the Lord’s help, the congregation will overcome any hardships and will definitely achieve more successes as it faces new endeavors in the future,” he said. — With reports from INC News Section
