On February 25, 2022, a biking and jogging activity sponsored by the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) in the Ecclesiastical District of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental fostered closer ties among the brethren from three congregations in the district.

From their respective homes, brethren from the local congregations of Bugnay, Naga, and Kabankalan City, gathered in a popular exercise area in Sitio Bagacay, Barangay Daan Banua, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines for the activity.

“Brethren, both those who rode their bicycles and those who opted to jog, enjoyed the activity,” said Ian Rey Gatoc, local KADIWA president of Bugnay Congregation.

Patrick Erice Bariring, a Church officer from Kabankalan City Local Congregation, said, “I am joyful in participating in this activity since it’s been a while that I went biking because of the pandemic, so I was eager to join. This would help me stay healthy so I can continue serving the Lord God.”— With reports from INC News Section
