Teenagers and children from the Local Congregation of Port Moresby, Ecclesiastical District of Australia West enjoyed the Mathechnique and Storytelling Day on June 29, 2019 at the congregation’s chapel compound.

The local congregation’s Binhi and Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers gave simple techniques in the fundamentals of mathematics, which are addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The children participated by answering the organizer’s prepared questions. Brother Regino Manangan Jr., resident minister, facilitated the joint activity.

The young Church officers also imparted valuable lessons in Bible stories. They showed the children that learning Math is fun while storytelling is exciting and interesting.

Concluding the event, Brother Manangan delivered an inspirational speech. He emphasized that faith and obedience leads to God’s blessings. Through studying hard and performing their Church duties, young brethren will be provided by God with a bright future and the greatest of blessings—salvation come Judgment Day, he advised. — With reports from INC News Section
