Binhi members from various local congregations from the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, Canada gathered online on January 22, 2022 to explore together effective study habits, especially now that schools in the Canadian province had reopened.

“Fellow Binhi members helped me learn new techniques and focus on my studies,” said Yzabela Verceles from the Local Congregation of Montreal, Quebec. “Throughout this activity, I learned that it is wrong to procrastinate or put off doing the things that I need to do and can do now.”

Brother Gibrl Legaspi, the district CFO overseer, who supervised the activity, said that more important than the “ways and methods on how to effectively gain knowledge from school for brethren to have high grades and help in securing their future,” the attendees “were also reminded to follow the teachings of our Lord God which is they should prioritize to not ruin their faith and attaining salvation.”

“[The] seminar made me feel more motivated to study effectively. And I definitely plan on using the tips that were given, when it comes to school works and studying for my exams,” Allyzon Valisno, a Binhi member from the Local Congregation of Beaconsfield, Quebec remarked.

“We are very thankful to the Church Administration. By means of an activity like this, the Binhi members are being guided to pursue a good life and strive for a bright future but above all, give importance to their election and be saved when Jesus Christ returns,” Brother Legaspi added. — With reports from INC News Section
