“Feedback is the reaction to, for example, a person’s performance, which can be used by the latter as a basis for improvement,” Brother Christian Miranda, the guest speaker in the ‘Art of Effective Feedback’ seminar, said.

His audience, during the activity sponsored by the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac, in the Philippines, were the Binhi presidents and officers from all local congregations in the district. The said activity was held on January 14, 2023 in the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Matatalaib.

In his discussion, Brother Miranda, a ministerial worker who serves as the district multimedia adviser, pointed out to the officers that a good leader handles feedback in a positive way and also project constructive feedback. Doing so helps him in effectively leading the people entrusted to him. “One of the important skills a leader should master is learning how to accept and also respect feedback addressed to them.” Either a positive comment or a constructive criticism, both will boost their growth and will help them reach their potential as individuals and as Binhi officers.

Future activities of the said organization were presented to the attendees later on in the activity. — With reports from INC News Section
