Beneficial not only to newly appointed leaders but also to those who have been holding office for years already, leadership enhancement seminars provide tips and insight on how to successfully perform one’s duty. This was proven in the Ecclesiastical District of Italy South whose Binhi members from various local congregations  participated in a Binhi leadership webinar on July 3, 2021.

Facilitated by Binhi district officers, the seminar taught the attendees what it takes to be a good leader. In the webinar, the speakers shared insights on the importance of integrity, sharing the same vision, positive attitude, sense of humor, solid communication, and the skill in inspiring others.

“The activity that was held, for me, was very interesting and important, especially to those who wish to have a duty inside the Church. I felt excited because I knew that I would learn a lot,” said in Italian by Steven Macaraeg, a Binhi officer from the Local Congregation of Firenze, Italy.

“I want to thank our dearest Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, and the CFO Coordinator, Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, for allowing this kind of activities which strengthen the faith and the participation of the brethren within the Church,” Steven added.

Brother Axl Rose Mesina, the Christian Family Organization (CFO) overseer of the district supervised the event. ― With reports from INC News Section
