Coping with the new normal, teenagers from the Local Congregation of Birmingham, Ecclesiastical District of United Kingdom conducted a habit formation activity on January 31, 2021.

During the said Binhi activity, the speaker highlighted the importance of creating good habits. The participants were asked to think of good habits they would like to develop further. They were then taught techniques to maintain those habits. The young brethren were also encouraged to keep track of their own progress.

A sister said, “My plan is to improve on time management.” To do this, she added, “I will use my time accordingly, and I will make a to-do list.” — With reports from INC News Section
