In connection with the 108th anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), members from the Local Congregation of Brampton, Ecclesiastical District of Southern Ontario, Canada hosted a Community Fun Fair, under the INC Giving program.

“We had an open invitation for those in our neighbourhood. We’ve invited several community partners to attend and take part of this fair,” said Brother Ernesto Flor Jr., resident minister. Brethren invited their loved ones, friends, acquaintances, and neighbors to join them in the fair they held on July 10, 2022.

In collaboration with the Peel Police Services, Brampton Fire Services, Toronto Regional Conservation Authorities, and Animal Services, the Church officers set up various interactive booths for community partners, brethren and guests alike, within the compound of the congregation’s house of worship.

Booths for arts and crafts, among other fun activities, were also set up for families to enjoy. The Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) provided free health services, including giving out free antigen rapid testing kits.

The brethren also handed out Pasugo: God’s Message magazines and INC Giving care packages to all the guests.

“It is a significant milestone for the Church to have reached its glorious stature of 108 years, so we raise awareness about the Church Of Christ and its many endeavors,” Brother Flor said on behalf of the congregation. — With reports from INC News Section
