
The Buklod members from the Local Congregation of Bangkok, Ecclesiastical District of Thailand attended an online seminar on money management on May 31, 2020.
Myrna Villanueva Tinio, a deaconess from the Local Congregation of New Era, Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North, Philippines, facilitated the online seminar, with assistance from district Buklod officers. She gave tips on how to manage one’s financial assets, citing her own experiences as a school directress.
“In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, people are so much affected. It is but timely to discuss topics on financial stability. People worry not only about their health but also about their livelihood. Planning is important in dealing with everyday expenses to help us overcome this crisis,” she said.
For his part, resident minister Brother Azel Alcantara, who supervised the whole activity reminded the participants to always trust in what the Lord God can do for them. ― With reports from INC News Section
