Motivated by their love and concern for their fellowmen who are in need of blood transfusion amid the pandemic, Iglesia Ni Cristo members from the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon East in the Philippines participated in a blood donation activity held at Gumaca National High School on June 22, 2021.

After undergoing health screenings, qualified blood donors happily shared their “gift of life.” As a way of thanking the donors, a free blood typing was also provided by the Quezon Medical Center.

“The brethren were excited. They were delighted for being able to participate in this activity,” said Brother Daniel Solano Jr., district supervising minister. “They fully understand and firmly believe God’s teaching about helping those in need. One way … of helping is through blood donations like this that we conduct.” — With reports from INC News Section
