Buklod members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), throughout the Ecclesiastical District of Thailand, actively participated in a basic photography seminar through videoconferencing on September 10, 2021.

In the said activity, Emmanuel Seth Riñoza, a district Multimedia officer, served as the keynote speaker. Drawing from his years-long experience in photography, he shared with them the basics of photography and underscored to his fellow married brethren some important concepts to learn and remember: such as using natural light, looking for symmetry, using unexpected angles, and most importantly, striving to be creative in every shot.

“We are very thankful for gaining additional knowledge, and for the tips given about photography,” Jeffrey Sabug, Buklod officer from the Local Congregation of Bangkhae, said. “Buklod brethren not only enjoyed this activity, as this is a hobby of many of them, but also learned that photography can be an additional source of income.”

A photo challenge followed after, during which the attendees were asked to shoot photos, applying the knowledge they gained from the seminar.

Before the activity ended, Brother Willen Regalado, the district supervising minister, imparted to the attendees God’s words, highlighting the relevance of uniting with activities the Church Administration launches—not only do they learn knowledge and skills but, most of all, they give glory to God. — With reports from INC News Section
