To remind the brethren that they ought to remain Christians even online, a netiquette seminar was held in the the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Valencia City, Ecclesiastical District of Bukidnon, Philippines on August 23, 2021. The activity, which was led by Brother Rolando Puspos, the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) district overseer, was streamed live to other local congregations in the district.

“This seminar will make more youth members in our district to become responsible in using the social media. We learned our responsibility as netizens in what to post and not to post online. The activity also served as a reminder for us to uphold our Church Of Christ membership even online,” said Rafel Dave Cañones, KADIWA officer from the Local congregation of Valencia City.

“As youth members of the Church, we are exposed to social media. As we clicked the like and share buttons whenever we browse in any social media accounts, we often give high regards to all Church activities posted online to help spread them and share to as many people as possible,” said Elisha Mae Blando, the Binhi president from Valencia City Congregation.

While participating in the activity, the brethren who attended at the Local Congregation of Valencia City observed the health and safety protocols in the province, which is under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). They promised to unite with the Church Administration in all Church activities. ― With reports from INC News Section
