Members of the Buklod and the Christian Employees Association (CEA) in the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia on August 17, 2022 gained essential knowledge and insights to help them enhance their leadership skills during a seminar held via videoconferencing.

The district invited Gabriel Dominguez, managing director of a real estate firm and a sales entrepreneur based in Pasig City, Philippines, as the resource speaker.

Dominguez first discussed the great relevance of one’s intrapersonal behavior in effectively leading an organization. He went on to share tips on how to cultivate one’s own potentials, raise self-awareness, and develop a higher level of professionalism.

“This seminar is indeed timely, interesting and befitting. It did not only discuss ways and means on how we can grow professionally, but more importantly, taught us how to effectively manage our time and efforts as Church members and officers,” conveyed Alfredo Torno, district CEA vice president of Malaysia.

To conclude the webinar, Brother Ronaldo C. Lising, district supervising minister of Malaysia, delivered a brief inspirational lecture. Citing the Bible, he pointed out the importance of seeking and valuing God-given wisdom not in leading others capably, in achieving success in life, and above all, in fulfilling their Christian duties. — With reports from INC News Section
