For their enjoyment and physical health, brethren from the Local Congregation of Saint-Laurent, Quebec in the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, Canada joined a biking activity on May 30, 2021.

The Buklod officers organized the activity, which is deemed to help improve overall health.

With the easing of restrictions, the participants gathered at Nuns’ Island entrance of the multi-purpose Champlain bridge, and afterwards took the 3.4 kilometer path designated for cyclists and pedestrians.

They continued to follow safety guidelines throughout the activity and were delighted by the scenic view.

The participants thanked the Church Administration for the activity which not only fostered good health, but their camaraderie as well. — With reports from INC News Section
