The Buklod Night held by the Local Congregation of Wyndham, Victoria in the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West brought fun and more fond memories to the married brethren in the said congregation. The activity was held on March 27, 2022 at Holiday Inn Werribee, Melbourne.

Before sharing a delectable dinner together, the married couples watched performances of several Iglesia Ni Cristo original music as well as a video presentation showing photos of the couples prepared especially for the occasion. Several fun games were also facilitated for the Buklod members. The night was even made more memorable when husbands gave flowers to their respective spouses.

“Having experienced lockdowns the past two years because of the pandemic, this Buklod Night is of great timing. The Buklod members in our local congregation are happy and found the activity delightful,” Brother Romie Cartalaba, resident minister, said.

“We’re so happy to be here because finally after a long time of not seeing each other, we’re finally able to gather, to see the brethren, and to have a good time,” Sarah May Soriano, a Buklod member, expressed. — With reports from INC News Section
