The Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan East sponsored a medical mission on April 9, 2022 which benefited residents of Caypombo.

Held at the compound of the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Caypombo, the said humanitarian activity was conducted by the officers of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) in the district.

“Free services ranging from medical check-ups, both of adults and children, dental consultation, blood typing, were offered during the medical mission. Medicines were also given free,” said Dr. Anelle Joy Garin, CMDPS district president.

Brother Elias Damot Jr., resident minister of the congregation, attested that officers of the Buklod and Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN) were on-site to help facilitate the humanitarian activity, ensuring that the government-implemented health and safety protocols were observed.

“These medical services I availed of brought great relief to me. The consultation was free, as well as the medicines,” said Jocelyn Dolon, one of the beneficiaries. — With reports from INC News Section
