On September 24, 2022, the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan West in the Philippines held a baptism at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Malolos. Baptized during the occasion were the fruits of the labors of the brethren from various local congregations from the first quarter of this year.

After the holy baptism, Yumi Devilles, one of those baptized,  said, “Since I am now a full-fledged member of the Church Of Christ, I will ensure to safeguard this divine election God has given me.”

“Together with fellow KADIWA officers, I continue inviting people, especially my friends and loved ones, to listen to the words of God upheld in the Church Of Christ. I am truly happy that they learned the importance of joining the true Church Of Christ, and I hope that they continue obeying the commands of God, because it will lead them to salvation,” said KC Maclang, from Malolos Congregation, who was instrumental in Devilles’ conversion.

Brother David Retuta, the assistant district supervising minister, officiated the baptismal service. In an interview afterwards, he said, “We can see how glad our Church officers are seeing their friends and loved ones received the holy baptism inside the Church.” — With reports from INC News Section
