LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES—Church members in the Ecclesiastical District of Calamba City Laguna organized a blood donation activity conducted at the Iglesia Ni Cristo School For Ministers—Calamba Extension Campus on April 13, 2019.

Led by the district supervising minister, Brother Dennis M. Cristobal, many brethren, including those who helped in organizing the event, volunteered as donors.

Angel Alejandro, a first time donor from the Local Congregation of Cabuyao, said, “I felt so nervous because this is my first time to donate blood. But knowing that this may help my fellowmen helped me stay calm.”

Another first time blood donor was Queen Inaruth, a choir member from the Local Congregation of Calamba City. She took comfort, though also worried at first, knowing that donating blood helps the circulation of blood which makes the donor all the more healthy.” ― With reports from INC News Section
