Keeping themselves energetic, children from the Local Congregation of Falconridge, Alberta, Ecclesiastical District of Calgary in Canada gamely took part in a dance exercise activity via videoconferencing on March 6, 2021.

Wearing their exercise clothes, the enthusiastic young members first did warm-up exercises before learning a choreography based on an Iglesia Ni Cristo original song “We Are Warriors,” which has an upbeat tempo. The local congregation’s Children’s Worship Service officers assisted the children. The kids’ parents and siblings at their respective homes also joined them.

Many of the children said that they enjoyed dancing with their fellow kids. The parents commended the activity, which they found to be a good way of promoting home exercises as physical activities for children to help improve their health and reduce the risk of becoming ill, especially during this pandemic crisis. — With reports from INC News Section
