To mark the 33rd anniversary of the Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN), its officers and members from the Ecclesiastical District of Calgary, Canada led the brethren all over the district in inviting many people to learn more about the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) and the teachings it upholds in an online evangelical mission on February 14, 2022.

Days prior to the virtual evangelistic activity, the SCAN officers, as well as other brethren, sent out the weblink to their prospective guests.

On the day of the evangelical mission, the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Downtown, Alberta, served as the main site. From there, Brother Rolando Gaviola, the district supervising minister, preached God’s words. His preaching was witnessed by other guests from the confines of their homes.

Quoting the Bible, Brother Gaviola emphasized to the guests the importance of being counted among God’s people in these last days by joining the true Church Of Christ. By doing so, he said, not only will they receive bountiful blessings in this life, but most importantly, be saved from eternal punishment in the lake of fire when Judgment Day comes.

As the Church continues to further intensify the work of propagation, SCAN members in this part of the world felt blessed to be given the opportunity to share the true faith that leads to salvation, in line with their organization’s motto—“Saving lives is our priority.” — With reports from INC News Section
