The participants of the online news writing seminar conducted by the Christian Brotherhood International (CBI) in the Bulacan Ecclesiastical District on August 7, 2021 remarked having greatly benefitted from the webinar.

“As a student, this is a big help to further grow and improve my news writing skills. And as a Church officer, I have learned a lot of knowledge that I can use in performing my duties to the Lord God,” said AJ Matic, from the Local Congregation of Caingin.

Jared Manalastas, an English and Journalism teacher at the Philippine Science High School-Central Luzon Campus, and a Church officer in the Local Congregation of Sitio I, led the webinar.

“[Through] a news writing activity our brethren can learn and improve their journalistic skills,” he averred. He added that such an activity also helps develop analytical thinking.

The attendees were thankful to the Church Administration for the opportunity to learn more as well as bond together online even as their province was under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). ― With reports from INC News Section
