Centennial & 50 Years in the West in Retrospect

Since the time Brother Eduardo V. Manalo officially began fulfilling his duty as Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) on September 7, 2009, the Church has seen unprecedented growth, expansion, and many remarkable achievements.

Within 10 years of his dynamic leadership, two of the biggest events in the Church’s history transpired: the Church’s Centennial on July 27, 2014, and its 50th anniversary in the West on July 27, 2018.

Here is a look-back on some of what the Church accomplished during those two milestones:

CENTENNIAL

The Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, inaugurated the Pilar Manalo-Danao (PMD) Multimedia Center on March 10, 2014.
The Honorata G. Manalo (HGM) building inaugurated on May 10, 2014.
New Era University's Professional Schools Building (PSB) inaugurated on June 17, 2014.
The inauguration of Ciudad de Victoria on July 21, 2014. Located in Bocaue, Bulacan, houses the Philippine Arena—the world's largest mixed-use theater.
Installation of the Centennial Marker on July 24, 2014. Located in the Central Office Compound in Quezon City, Philippines.
Inauguration of the Main Campus of the School For Ministers (formerly College of Evangelical Ministry) on November 4, 2014.
Brethren from all over the world gathered in the Philippine Arena to celebrate the Iglesia Ni Cristo's 100th Anniversary on July 27, 2014.
Centennial Oratorio conducted in the Philippine Arena on July 27, 2014.
"Ang Bayan Mo'y Nagpupuri" is marked as the biggest musical production of the Church. Conducted at the Philippine Arena on July 29, 2014.
"Ang Sugo" stage play commemorated the beginnings of the INC. Conducted at the Philippine Arena on July 31, 2014.
Launching of the Live-streaming Worship Services on December 21, 2014. Included Hikone, Japan and Qwa-Qwa & Lobito, South Africa.

50 YEARS IN THE WEST

In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the West, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo conducted a pastoral visit in the Local Congregation of Ewa Beach, Hawaii on July 27, 2018. 50 new ministers were ordained and 810-seater house of worship was dedicated.
The Executive Minister officiated the special worship service at the Golden1 Center in Sacramento, California on August 5, 2018.
"One Flock, One Shepherd: God's Promises Fulfilled" musical conducted in the INC Tabernacle at the Central Complex. This musical was conducted in over 30 other venues around the world.
The Ecclesiastical District of Northwest California hosted 17 districts in North America and the Pacific for the Continental Unity Games from July 31, 2018 - August 3, 2018.
Excellence in Visual Media (EVM) Awards: International was hosted outside of the Philippines for the first time at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California on October 29, 2018. This event was live-linked to the INC Tabernacle in Quezon City, Philippines.
US Premiere of 2 oratorios: "Ang Iglesia Ni Cristo sa Mga Huling Araw" and "Felix Y. Manalo: The Messenger of God in These Last Days." Conducted at the David Geffen Hall of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Complex in New York City on November 25, 2018.
