“Despite the pandemic, the Church Administration launched activities like this to strengthen the faith of all members,” said Ervic Ramos, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) district overseer.
On July 3, 2021 the district level competitions in literary and the visual arts were held in house of worship of the Local Congregation of Cauayan City, Ecclesiastical District of Isabela East and streamed live to various local congregations from the comfort of their homes. Participants showed their talents and skills through colorful artworks, poems, as well as songs filled with inspiration.
“This activity is very helpful for brethren to develop their skills and creativity in the arts. I believe that talents given by God should also serve as inspiration to all—for brethren to be strengthened in their faith and services to the Lord God and for nonmembers to be encouraged to join the Church of Christ,” said Dennis Tabios, a KADIWA president from the Local Congregation of Sillawit.
“I am very happy in participating in this activity because I have shown my talents,” said Carla Camille Garan, a Children’s Worship Service (CWS) choir member from the Local Congregation of Cauayan City.
She added, “I thank the Church Administration, for their love and concern. We love you so much,” said Carla Camille.
