CFO in Bulacan South holds stress management webinar

The Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan South held a stress management seminar online on May 2, 2020. Since they were following the enhanced community quarantine measure to stay at home to be safe from the Covid-19 outbreak, the brethren participated through their internet connections.

Pamela Bianca Mas, a psychometrician from the Local Congregation of San Marcos, served as main speaker in the online seminar. She discussed steps that may be taken to cope with stress due to adverse changes in life such as those posed by the current crisis happening in the world.
