The Ecclesiastical District of Western Europe held a Christian Family Organizations (CFO) Night on January 16, 2021, which drew together families from local congregations in the countries of Belgium, France, Monaco, and Switzerland.
The families gathered together in their homes and, in the course of the activity, bonded with other families. They watched livestreamed video presentations of Iglesia Ni Cristo original music and also took part in various online fun games.
Afterwards, they enjoyed a delectable meal with their family while connected with their fellow brethren. Recognition were given also given to the families with elegant table setting.
Alicia Alejo, a Buklod member from Marseille, France Local Congregation, expressed, “As parents, we feel very happy whenever we gather together from our youngest to the oldest child and together when we fulfill our [Church] duties and in actively participating in the activities.”
“With this kind of activity, we can strengthen the faith of our brethren, the bond between brothers and sisters in the faith, and the bond within the family,” said Meane Glauser, district KADIWA officer from Geneva, Switzerland Local Congregation.
Brother Christian Justin Reyes, district CFO overseer, said that the activity fostered love within the family, love for the brethren, and above all, love for God. — With reports from INC News Section
