The number of officers in the various organizations under the supervision of the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) in the Ecclesiastical District of Capas, Tarlac, Philippines, increased further through an oath taking held during a special gathering on November 26, 2021.

From the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Capas, which served as the host site, the preaching of Brother Mauro Balintag, the district supervising minister, was witnessed live by Church members in other local congregations via videoconferencing. After the homily, the additional officers took their oath of office.

“In the preaching of God’s words, we were reminded that since fulfilling our duties to God is most important, whatever trials might come, we are to prioritize our duties,” said Marwin Juanta, the newly-sworn in district KADIWA president of Aranguren Local Congregation.

CFO officers continue to help the Church Administration in strengthening the family members by leading them in activities that make them all the more steadfast in the faith.

“I am thankful for this new duty and consider it a great blessing,” said Vince Ivan Briones, the newly-sworn in Children’s Worship Service (CWS) president of Aranguren Local Congregation. He added that he will make sure that the activities in the Children’s Worship Service will be properly implemented.

Likewise, Allyzza Czarile Talavera who took oath as a KADIWA officer of the Local Congregation of Lawy expressed, “I thank the Lord God for this Church duty. I promise to fulfill this wholeheartedly.” — With reports from INC News Section
