Promoting environmental concern, Church Of Christ members from the Local Congregation of Christchurch, Ecclesiastical District of New Zealand conducted a coastal clean-up drive on May 9, 2021 at Spencer Park beach, which is 15.5 kilometers away from their house of worship.

Assistant district supervising minister, Brother Nolly Esperanza, led the activity. Brethren, young and old alike, filled a number of waste bags with trash and small debris to tidy up the coast.

Being able to do something for the community, the brethren said that they felt invigorated and all the more inspired to be in unity with the Church Administration. — With reports from INC News Section
