Christian couples and parents from the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon North commemorated the organization’s 58th founding anniversary through a special gathering on December 4, 2020.
The commemoration of the said occasion was done in various areas in the district in order to properly observe physical distancing and other health and safety protocols. Attendees gathered at the Local Congregations of Real, Tignoan, Infanta, Libjo, Gen. Nakar, Polillo, Patnanungan, and Jomalig. Brother Bhel John Ubaldo, district supervising minister, officiated at the Local Congregation of Infanta while other ministers from the district office and resident ministers officiated at the other mentioned venues.
Gloria Villagomez, a deaconess from the Local Congregation of New Era, said, “We were all excited to attend the special gathering.”
The brethren received God’s words from the Church Administration —a timely advise to the brethren to be steadfast in the faith.
“Giving us inspiration on how we can handle life’s trials is a big help to us. Knowing that we are not alone in facing difficulties boosted our faith and services to the Lord God,” said Gloria.
By listening to the words of God, the married couples felt more steadfast in the faith. In this time of pandemic, their firm conviction is that God will not forsake them.
Brother Ronnie Alvarado, minister of the gospel, stated, “It is the aim and purpose of the Church Administration to strengthen the faith of every household. The brethren found the occasion a very blessed one as their spiritual needs were answered.” ― With reports from INC News Section
