“We’re all busy everyday but we find joy in participating in Church activities. These events boost our morale,” said Yzalare Andal, Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) member from the Local Congregation of Malibay, Ecclesiastical District of Makati.

On September 9, 2022, she was among the attendees of the CMDPS Get-Together activity organized by their district for brethren-frontliners. The activity was held at the Sequoia function room, of Two Serendra, along 11th Ave., in Taguig City, Philippines.

The program included a video presentation about the history of CMDPS. Dr. Ellaine Galvez, keynote speaker, and the CMDPS district president, mentioned about the said organization: “It was organized by the Church Administration to avail Iglesia Ni Cristo members, and even nonmembers, of free medical services while reinforcing healthy habits to all the more use this life and strength in serving God.”

Afterwards, the CMDPS officers spent time together while enjoying a light meal prepared for them.

The Ecclesiastical District of Makati is formerly called as the Ecclesiastical District of Metro Manila South (MMS). It was renamed “Makati” when the new district that branched out from it carried the name “Metro Manila South,” as the congregations comprising the new district are in the southern part of the original MMS. — With reports from INC News Section
