Thanking the Lord God for another year of safekeeping, Iglesia Ni Cristo members from the Local Congregation of Comillas, Ecclesiastical District of Capas, Tarlac celebrated their congregation’s 38th anniversary through a special gathering on December 18, 2020.

The assistant district supervising minister, Brother Joselito Canlas, officiated in the holy gathering. He recounted from the Bible the conviction of God’s true servants: they thank and worship Him whatever difficult situation they may be in.

Pablito Torres, deacon and the Buklod congregation president, said, “I am once again filled with inspiration to continue fulfilling my duties in the Church. I hope the Lord God continues to guide me and my whole family.”

Juanito Nasarro, head deacon, said, “We thank the Lord God for He has allowed us to hold this special gathering. His words have all the more strengthened us. I will remain in my Church duties and do the best I can in giving Him glory as well as joy to the Executive Minister.”

On behalf of the congregation, Brother Schane Mark Torrero, resident ministerial worker, said, “We will continue to unite in all the activities the Church Administration launches, and always obey all God’s commandments for us not only to be more firm in the faith but also to receive salvation.” — With reports from INC News Section
