
Due to significant increase of members of the Local Congregation of Pangil, Ecclesiastical District of Cavite South residing in Brgy. Conchu, Trece Martires City, Cavite, Philippines, the Church Administration approved the establishment of an extension worship service for their sake.
On January 27, 2021, the brethren gathered in their place of worship for the inaugural worship service of Conchu Extension. The district supervising minister, Brother Edwin Alcantara, officiated at the holy gathering.
In the study of God’s words in the Bible, Brother Alcantara exhorted them to put their trust in God and His protection by always worshiping and praying to Him in the house of worship even in times of affliction, such as the pandemic.
The pioneering members of the new extension used to attend worship services at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Pangil, which is located at the neighboring town of Amadeo.
William Costelo, a deacon, said, “We are so happy for having been gifted this house of worship here in our place which we’ve been yearning for so long.”
“This shall inspire us to all the more hold on to our Church duties,” Eybel Abella, a deaconess, added.
On behalf of the brethren, resident ministerial worker, Brother Ronnel Tangcawan, expressed, “We thank Brother Eduardo V. Manalo for allowing us to have worship services here in Conchu Extension. We will always unite with the Church Administration in all the activities being launched inside the Church, which brings glory to God.” — With reports from INC News Section
