So that more people in their communities and beyond may come to know God’s truth about salvation, the local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Tokyo, Japan united to conduct evangelical missions all on January 17, 2021.

The evangelistic activity took place in the respective houses of worship of each local congregation in the district, while strictly observing health and safety protocols.

The district supervising minister, Brother Manny Benedicto, led the study of God’s words at the house of worship of Tokyo Local Congregation. The respective resident ministers or ministerial workers of the rest of the congregations preached the biblical teaching on how to be saved on the nearing Judgment Day, which is to join and remain in Christ’s one true Church.

A number of brethren and their guests who were not able to attend at the house of worship due to some restrictions witnessed the evangelical mission through videoconferencing.

Many of the guests declared afterwards their interest in the Iglesia Ni Cristo and its biblical belief. They said they were looking forward to attend the worship services and Bible studies.

True to their divine election or membership in the Church Of Christ, the brethren from Tokyo resolved to be more zealous in spreading the words of truth for the sake of their fellowmen and for the glory of God. — With reports from INC News Section
