On January 30, 2022, married couples from the Local Congregation of Roma Sud, Ecclesiastical District of Italy South spent a nostalgic dinner with each other during a Buklod Night that was held especially for them. Adapting to the new normal, the local leadership opted for the gathering to be held online.

Before the married couples had a sumptuous dinner that they themselves prepared at their respective homes, they watched together song numbers by fellow members. There were also several fun games that they participated in. Finally, a video presentation was shown, featuring not only photos of each couple through the years but also heartfelt greetings of the husbands for their respective wives.

“I and my wife are very happy attending this kind of activity in the Church,” said Rizaldy Sta. Barbara, a Buklod member and the organist of Roma Sud Congregation.

Meverson Talania, a Buklod member, felt grateful and glad as he was able to attend the activity with his wife. “Through this kind of Church activity … we get to reminisce about our love and our years together as a married couple.”

The brethren expressed their thanks to the Church Administration for the chance to share the night full of wonderful memories together with their fellow Christian couples. — With reports from INC News Section
