Couples in Tabacuhan cook their best coconut milk recipe

In commemoration of the CFO Day, Buklod members from the Local Congregation of Tabacuhan, Ecclesiastical District of Zambales South showed their best version of Ginataan, a Filipino recipe cooked in coconut milk, in the Buklod cooking challenge on May 1, 2021.

Participants prepared Ginataang Barelyete, a Filipino dish where fish is cook in simmering vinegar poured with coconut milk along with spices. Married couples showed teamwork in preparing their best version of the dish while spending quality time together.

The food tasting was done afterwards by all the attendees.
