On January 21, 2023, Local Congregation of Maliwalo, Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac hosted for the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members the activity dubbed “CWS be a fit kid.”

Aimed at educating the children about the lasting value of having a healthy body as they grow old, the said activity was simultaneously held at three different venues: the congregation’s house of worship compound, Tabag, and Soliman residences.

The activity started with a health seminar that was led by the CWS officers. They taught the children the benefits of eating nutritious foods, such as vegetables and fruits. Also, they highlighted the importance of observing proper hygiene at all times to prevent illnesses. The children then actively participated in the physical fitness activities appropriate for their age. The joy of exercising with their fellow youth was evident in every participant.

“I have learned that it is very important to take care of my health as early as now that I’m young to help me focus on my studies and all the more fulfill my Church duties,” said by Vryanna Jebel Catacutan, a CWS officer. — With reports from INC News Section
