With utmost praises to the Lord God, members of the Local Congregation of Dauis, Ecclesiastical District of Bohol conducted their Thanksgiving worship service on the 108th anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in their new house of worship.

The sacred gathering held on July 24, 2022, which Brother Raul Cervantes officiated, served as the inaugural worship service in the newly built edifice.

In his Bible-based sermon, the district supervising minister expounded on the importance of being fully devoted to worshiping God in His holy temple or the house of worship in being deemed worthy of His salvation when Judgment Day comes.

Located in Brgy. Tinago, Dauis, Bohol, some five kilometers from the district office in Tagbilaran City, the new chapel could fit 100 worshipers. It is equipped with a LED TV videoconferencing system and CCTV installation.

With a grateful heart, Romeo Oracion, head deacon, expressed, “We thank our Almighty God, through the instrumentality of our Executive Minister, for blessing us a beautiful house of worship. We promise to all the more dedicate ourselves in serving our Lord. We will also strive to diligently fulfill the duties that He entrusted unto us.” — With reports from INC News Section
