Pooling their concerted efforts for God’s glory, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from eight local congregations, namely, Carmen, Colosas, Dapecol, Manay, Nanyo, New Maligaya, Panabo City, and Panabo JP Laurel, including the extensions of Alejal and DAPECOL Medium Compound, brought more than 2,000 guests to the outreach-evangelical mission held on February 19, 2023 at the Freedom Park, New Pandan, Panabo City, Davao del Norte, Philippines.

Brother Israel Flores, supervising minister of the Ecclesiastical District of Davao del Norte, preached to the guests a Bible-based lesson about the right way of serving and worshiping the one true God.

Right after the evangelical mission, the handing over of care packages, which contained rice, canned goods, among other food items, followed.

Panabo City residents expressed their thanks to the brethren while they were being given the goods. About the study of God’s words, Crisenta Nalaga, a guest, noted, “I understood it clearly. It’s enlightening.”

“In obedience to God’s command, which is to help our fellowmen in dire need, the Church Of Christ launches humanitarian activities like this,” said Brother Larrel Cerna, resident minister of Panabo City Congregation. “But this activity is also an opportune time for us to introduce to them the teachings of God that we in the Iglesia Ni Cristo uphold. With His mercy, we enlisted more than a hundred new doctrinal instructees, not to mention those of other local congregations.” — With reports from INC News Section
