Dayuan brethren help clean the banks of Xucuogang Wetland

Eager to be of help to the community, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Dayuan, Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan endeavored to clean a stretch of the Xucuogang Wetland in Dayuan, Taoyuan City, Taiwan during a clean-up activity on April 27, 2022. Brother Dennis Serrano, resident minister, led the brethren in the activity.
The Xucuogang Wetland is a recognized habitat for migratory birds.
With gloves on, the brethren picked up trash and other debris that littered the banks of the Xucuogang Wetland and disposed them properly afterwards.
“I feel relieved whenever I am of help in preserving our environment. Most of all this is my faith, that is, to be united with the Church Administration in socio-civic activities like this,” said Mark Dave Nasol, Buklod congregation president. — With reports from INC News Section
