
To help in the edification of the brethren in the district, new officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Mediterranean were sworn in their respective duties during a special gathering of Church officers on May 30, 2021.
Brother Ramil Regino, district supervising minister, officiated the sacred occasion through livestreaming. He emphasized in a biblical lesson about the importance of upholding one’s divine duty amid trials in life.
The newly sworn-in officers will be additional strength in caring for the brethren and in leading them in various Church works.
“We give praises and thanks to our Lord God through the dynamic leadership of our dearest Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, we continue monthly to add new officers that would be true helpers in edifying the brethren and helping in the intensive works of propagation,” Brother Regino said. “We promise to God and to the Church Administration that we will never let go of our enthusiasm in carrying out our duties and in remaining active in all of the Church activities.”
All for the Lord God’s glory, the Church officers promised to uphold their duties and lead the brethren in fervently serving God.
“I am joyful because I received a Church duty, I regard this as a blessing from God,” Susan delos Reyes, a newly sworn-in treasurer from Limassol, Cyprus Local Congregation, expressed. “I promise that I will wholeheartedly fulfill my duty with love and faith.”
The district oversees congregations of the Church Of Christ in several countries including Israel, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. — With reports from INC News Section
