Ever united in sharing God’s words written in the Bible, all the local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Edmonton pooled their efforts to invite as many guests as they could to listen to God’s words at the evangelical mission held on April 23, 2023 at The Royal Palace, an events venue in the capital city of Alberta, Canada.

Led by Brother Rolando Gaviola, district supervising minister, the well-attended event rendered the venue full to its capacity with guests and brethren alike. Brother Emiliano C. Magtuto Jr., minister of the gospel, preached the gospel to the guests, reminding them the importance of heeding God’s call for salvation with a sense of urgency because Judgment Day is near.

“The way the minister delivers the message was compelling,” said Sandra Cortez, among the guests invited by the Meadowlark Congregation. “It’s very interesting,” added Lanre Ajanau, another guest, who also said it was his first time attending such occasion.

“My mentor, who is an Iglesia Ni Cristo member, invites me all the time. I’ve been watching your religious programs,” shared Hugo Ngulle, a guest invited by the High Prairie Group Worship Service (GWS). “Today’s lesson was impressive,” he added. Indeed, many of the guests expressed their interest to continue listening to the biblical teachings that the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) upholds.

“We are one with the Church Administration in the work of spreading God’s words to more people here,” said Brother Gaviola on behalf of the district. — With reports from Kayla Lopez of INC News Section
