Part of the continuous socio-civic projects of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ), the Local Congregation of Estancia, Ecclesiastical District of Iloilo North in the Philippines, once again conducted an Aid to Humanity on March 18 and 19, 2022. This time the brethren from the said congregation reached out to the residents of the island communities of Sicogon and Longuingot, respectively.

The events came just two weeks after they held outreach activities in the island communities of Bayas and Binuluangan.

To bring the food aid to the beneficiaries, the brethren traveled by motorboat from the port of Estancia. Brother Joderick Matalog, the resident minister, spearheaded the distribution of relief packages in both venues.

One of the recipients, Joel Cañeso said, “I thank so much the Iglesia Ni Cristo for these relief packages wholeheartedly provided to us. You made us so happy.” —With reports from INC News Section
