“What motivated me to further examine the Church Of Christ was the teachings of God taught to us. Everything that was being preached is from the Bible,” expressed Marites Panganiban.
She was one of the guests invited by Sister Ella Javier, a choir member, in the evangelical mission held at the house of worship of the Caloocan Local Congregation, Ecclesiastical District of CAMANAVA on June 22, 2021.
CAMANAVA stands for Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela, adjoining cities in the northern part of Metro Manila, Philippines.
“Although there is a pandemic and some restrictions, we strive to invite our friends and relatives to get to know more about the Church Of Christ and to listen to God’s words. First thing we did was to give them copies of the Pasugo magazines and continuously following up with them,” said Sister Ella.
Together with the other guests, Marites learned during the Bible study led by Brother Ernani Lacsina, a minister of the gospel, the proper and acceptable way of serving and worshiping God based on His teachings.
“I am convinced that the teachings of God taught to us are the truth. I am happy and I look forward to begin my process of joining the Church Of Christ,” said Rachel Nadela, a guest.
All attendees in the said evangelistic activity strictly followed health and safety protocols as the entire National Capital Region (NCR) is placed under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). — With reports from INC News Section
