Evangelical mission in Dumaguete City delves on Who the true God is

“From the Bible, I learned that there is only one God, the Father,” said Markly Oyhoc, a guest. This biblical lesson caught his attention after attending an evangelical mission conducted by the Local Congregation of Dumaguete City, Ecclesiastical District of Negros Oriental on January 9, 2022.
“I decided to accept the invitation after reading several Pasugo magazines. I wanted to continue learning more about the Church Of Christ.” According to him, the evangelical mission was timely because he was searching for the truth.
Prior to the said evangelistic event, the brethren invited their family members, friends, and neighbors who are nonmembers to listen to the teachings of God upheld by the Church. They then accompanied the guests on the day of the evangelical mission. It was held at the congregation’s house of worship.
The study of God’s words was led by the resident minister, Brother Julian Tomarong. He taught from the Bible that there is only one true God and the importance of joining the Church Of Christ in attaining salvation.
Throughout the propagational activity, the brethren and guests followed health and safety protocols. The entire province of Negros Oriental, Philippines remains under Alert Level 2 during which indoor gatherings are allowed. — With reports from INC News Section
