“It was clearly taught to us from the Bible that there is only one God, the Father. Christ is not God,” said Dharaine Faunillan after attending the evangelical mission held on April 19, 2022 at the house of worship of the Manjuyod Local Congregation. She said that she hopes to continue to listen more to God’s teachings upheld by the Church Of Christ.

Brother Sotero Valera Jr., resident minister, who led the study of the words of God during the propagational event, also discussed about the privileges of those who are counted among God’s people: not only will their prayers be heard, but most importantly, they can hope for salvation on the nearing Judgment Day.

“With the help and mercy of God,” Brother Valera said, “many guests were able to come and listen to God’s teachings. We are glad to share that, as we talked to some of them, they gave a positive feedback about the lesson in the evangelical mission.”
