“I am thankful that I was invited to this evangelical mission. I noticed that the [Iglesia Ni Cristo] teachings are based on the Bible. I learned that salvation can only be attained inside the Church Of Christ,” said Genielle Dane Tizon, one of the guests during the evangelical mission held on February 7, 2022 in  the Local Congregation of San Jose, Ecclesiastical District of Antique.

Brother Louie Mendoza, district edification overseer, officiated the propagational activity. Through the Holy Scriptures, he emphasized to the guests that the inherent duties of man to serve and worship God can only be done in the true Church. By seeking out and joining the true Church, they will have the hope to receive the promised salvation on the Day of Judgment. He pointed out to them that, as taught to members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, membership in the true Church needs to be coupled with faithful obedience to all of God’s commandments.

In an interview after the event, Brother Mendoza said, “Conducting evangelical missions is very important because this will greatly help in further intensifying the work of propagation.”
